In doing research for our own trips, we have accumulated a long list of resources and links that we share with you in this section. Services that we have used (and would use again) are marked with the Portafortuna star. We do not list services that we would not use again. Many of these are personal recommendations made to us from friends, or found while browsing Usenet news groups or other bulletin boards. All of these have been recommended by one or more individual persons, no one pays to have their establishment listed in these pages.

Our goal is not to give you the most comprehensive listing of all travel resources available, but to give you a good choice of resources that have been recommended by someone. If you have a favorite resource you'd like to add, please send it to us!
